Not recommended. Why does my beloved New Mexico attract such crazy-stupid movie ideas? Whether high-school meth cooks or hippie bikers, Hollywood seems to see our infinite horizon as a blank canvas longing for a can of spray paint.  Maybe it’s Roswell, which to us locals is just a dusty cowtown, with as much connection to extra-virgin olive oil as extraterrestrials. And Hot Springs, New Mexico . . . so degraded in self regard as to accept the change of name to Truth Or Consequences. In truth, T-or-C, as we call it is a charming little town that someday I might retire to and not the crazy, angry, violent place that stands in for Eddington, NM. River Phoenix (Joker), Emma Stone (Poor Thing) and Pedro Pascal (The Last Of Us) screech and shoot at each other in this incoherent, unfunny, BORING satire of Covid-19. And that’s all you need to know about Eddington.
